This chowder is slowly infused with rich & plump Hiroshima oysters and sweet Awaji onions The onions from Awaji Island are juicy with less pungency and smell. The soup is made from Maazel Maazel specialty soup paste (contains 34 types of vegetables & rice koji) making it a nutritionally balanced soup to consume. Oysters are a rich source of vitamin D, copper, zinc, and manganese. These micronutrients, in combination with calcium, are thought to be key to slowing or even preventing bone loss.
