This yuzu shio ramen is made without MSG but only the delicious taste of vegetables.
The noodles are made with 34 types of pure Japanese vegetables and rice koji, a traditional Japanese fermented ingredient.
The soup is made without using any animal extract, seafood extract, or MSG.
It's clear salt soup flavoured with yuzu (Japanese citron).

▶︎Method of consume: One serving cooking method

1. Boil 500ml of water in a pot. After boiling, put a bundle of noodles into the pot and stir gently. Recommended to cook the noodle for about 1 minute 50 seconds.

2. After noodles are cooked to your preference hardness, add soup broth into the pot and stir well. 

3. Add your prepared ingredients into the pot and stir well. Your delicious vegan ramen is ready to serve.
